Q. How long does a lesson go for?

A. A standard lesson is for one hour but you can have lessons of different lengths of time if requested.

Q. How do I pay?

A. Payment can be paid directly to your instructor by either;

  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer (organised through your instructor)
  • Printed Voucher
  • Bulk purchases may be organised with your instructor and transferred to their account if requested.

Q. Do you have package deals?

A. We do from time to time, check our pricing page for any current deals.

Q. Do you have Gift Vouchers?

A. Yes. You can purchase a Gift Voucher for as many or as few a lesson as you like and the recipient of the Voucher just brings it to their lesson to be signed by the instructor each time. (Not available for Specials)

Q. Do you pick up and drop off?

A. Yes we can pick you up from Home, School, University, Work, etc and drop off in the same or even a different place.

Q. Are your instructors Accredited?

A. Yes.

Q. Do you have cancellation fees?

A. YES. But only if you cancel without notice more than twice. This would be a $25 Charge

Q. Are your cars Dual Controlled?

A. Yes. In order to be Accredited, a driving instructor’s vehicle must be fitted with Dual Controls.

Q. What happens if I crash your car?

A. In the unlikely event of an accident, our vehicles are fully comprehensively insured and cover Learner Drivers of all ages.

Q. How many lessons does it take to get through the Log Book?

A. We find our average to be 8 in auto and 10 in manual but the last report we received from the Motor Registry was 10 to 12 lessons and this is the average out of all of the instructors and schools in the ACT although the more you practice between lessons, the less lessons it will take.

Q. Do you give refresher lessons?

A. Yes. We often have people coming to us for reasons such as:

  • To boost confidence (especially after an accident),
  • To get used to driving in a new city or country,
  • To update their knowledge on new rules and techniques,
  • even Older drivers who have had their physician request that they ensure that they are still safe on the road.
